Who we are
“Prop Nexia,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Prop Nexia, registered at Sector 10, Dwarka, New Delhi, India. These Terms govern your use of the propnexia.com website (the “Site”) and the Prop Nexia and Prop Nexia Elite WordPress plugins (the “Plugins”).
Acceptance of these Terms
By using the Site or installing the Plugins, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site or the Plugins.
The free plugin (Prop Nexia)
The free Prop Nexia plugin is distributed via WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL-2.0+). Your use of the free plugin is governed by the GPL, not by these Terms — except where these Terms apply specifically to Site use.
Prop Nexia Elite licence
Prop Nexia Elite is a commercial WordPress plugin. Purchasing an Elite licence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Elite plugin on the number of production WordPress sites covered by your licence tier (Vista — 1 site; Homes — 3 sites; Estates — 10 sites).
- One production domain per site slot. Staging and development copies of the same domain don’t count against your slot.
- Licenses are tied to your customer account. Transferring an Elite licence to a third party requires our written consent.
- License entitlement includes plugin updates and priority support for the term of the licence (12 months for annual tiers).
Payment, billing, taxes
Elite licences are processed by Paddle (paddle.com) as our merchant of record. Paddle issues invoices, handles credit-card processing, and manages VAT/tax compliance in supported regions. Your contractual payment relationship for Elite is with Paddle; we are the merchant of record’s reseller of the underlying licence.
Refunds
See our separate Refund Policy. Briefly: 14 days, no questions asked, on any Elite tier.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Plugins or the Site to violate any law (Indian or otherwise applicable to you).
- Resell, sublicence, or redistribute Prop Nexia Elite outside the scope of your licence.
- Reverse-engineer the licensing system to bypass site count or expiration checks.
- Use the Plugins to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any prohibited business activity.
- Abuse our support channels (spam, harassment, deliberately misleading bug reports).
Third-party services
Prop Nexia Elite integrates with third-party services that you configure (OpenAI for AI Search, your CRM for Webhooks, Property Finder / Bayut / Dubizzle for Portal Feeds, optional Google Maps for Map Search). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not a party to those agreements and not responsible for their availability, pricing, or terms changes.
No portal or regulatory partnership claimed
We do not claim, and you should not infer, any official partnership, certification, or approval from Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, the Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, or any other portal or regulator. The Plugins provide structured data formats compatible with documented public workflows; acceptance and certification are at each portal’s or regulator’s discretion.
Disclaimers
The Plugins are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugins will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party plugin, theme, or service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of the Plugins or the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for the Elite licence in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost business, or reputational harm.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Plugins or the Site that result from your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your violation of any third-party right.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your Elite licence for material breach of these Terms (failure to pay, licence abuse, illegal use). On termination, your right to use Elite ends — but your installed version remains under its GPL terms until you remove it.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via Elite email and posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of New Delhi, India, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
