Property Finder uses one format. Bayut uses another. Dubizzle uses shared spreadsheet workflows. Each one expects specific fields, specific image rules and its own way of authenticating. Elite builds all three feeds for you. You can rotate the feed URL tokens any time — useful if a URL ever leaks.

Module 02 · CRM Webhooks

Send every lead to your CRM. Securely. Reliably.

Most “CRM integration” plugins send enquiries as a plain POST request that anyone could fake. CRM Webhooks signs every message so your CRM can verify it really came from your site. If your CRM is offline for a few minutes, it retries automatically. No enquiry gets lost.

  • Signed messages. Each webhook is signed with HMAC-SHA256. Your CRM can verify the sender is genuine.
  • HTTPS only. Webhook URLs must be HTTPS. Private IPs and link-local addresses are blocked.
  • Auto-retry on failure. If your CRM is temporarily down, the webhook retries with increasing delays.
  • Replay-safe. Each message has a unique ID and timestamp. Your CRM can detect and ignore duplicates.
  • Per-event mapping. Choose which events trigger which webhook URL.

No. One Elite licence unlocks all 8 modules. You don’t pay extra for AI Search and separately for CRM Webhooks — that’s not how we sell. The tiers differ in how many production sites the licence covers and migration assistance, nothing else.

Yes. Elite extends the free plugin — it’s not a standalone replacement. You’ll always have both installed.

You create an API key in your own OpenAI account, paste it into Elite admin, and Elite encrypts it at rest. AI queries go directly from your WordPress to OpenAI — Prop Nexia never sees the key or proxies the traffic. OpenAI bills you for usage at their rates.

Any CRM that can receive a signed POST request. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, Bitrix24, Salesforce, or a custom endpoint your team builds. We have worked examples for Pipedrive, HubSpot and Zoho in the documentation.

Feed regeneration runs on a schedule you set — every 15 minutes, hourly, every 4 hours, daily. You can also trigger a manual regenerate from the admin. Each portal then fetches your feed URL on its own schedule (typically every few hours).
