Why we built Prop Nexia.
UAE real estate runs on three portals. Every agency pays them serious money to advertise. Then the same agencies rent their own enquiries back, one at a time. Listings get copied across a CRM, a website, a spreadsheet and the portals. The portal’s copy ranks on Google. The agency’s website ranks for nothing. The agency website ends up as a brochure that no one really uses.
We thought WordPress could do better. Not a theme that locks all your content into one design. Not a SaaS that holds your data on someone else’s server. A real WordPress plugin that runs on your own hosting, on your own domain, and stays yours even if you cancel.
Prop Nexia is two plugins. A free plugin on WordPress.org that handles your agency website. And Prop Nexia Elite, the paid plugin with the eight modules a serious agency needs — portal feeds, CRM webhooks, AI search, map search, importer, SEO, buyer accounts and saved searches.

Self-hosted plugins are everywhere. The differences are usually in what happens to your data, what gets sent back to the vendor, and what happens if you stop paying. Here’s where we stand.
Your data stays with you
No tracking on your visitors. No analytics piping back to us. The only thing we ever check is that your Elite licence is valid. Everything else stays on your WordPress install.
AI Search uses your own OpenAI key
You paste your own OpenAI key into your admin. It’s encrypted on your site. Your visitors’ search queries go from your site straight to OpenAI. We’re not in the middle of that.
Easy to cancel
Cancel Elite anytime. Your site keeps running on the free plugin. We don’t delete your data. Re-activate whenever you’re ready.
If we ever shut down, your site keeps running
The only thing we host is licence verification. Your listings, enquiries and agent pages all live on your own WordPress. If we disappear, your website doesn’t.

Prop Nexia is led by Radhika Rani Singh. She’s a developer who’s been building WordPress sites for real estate clients since before “Dubai off-plan” was a search term. The product comes out of real frustration with what existing real estate plugins did, and didn’t, ship.
We’re a small team. Engineers who write the code. Plus partners who help with support, content and design. We don’t have an offshore call centre. When you email support, an engineer reads it.
