Tell us your stack
WordPress version, PHP version, plugin version, active theme, other plugins (especially security, caching, SEO plugins).
Reproduce the issue
Step-by-step what you clicked. Screenshot or screen recording if visual. What you expected vs what happened.
Check the activity log
For Elite modules (webhooks, importer, AI search), the activity log often contains the answer. Include the relevant log entry.
Try in a clean state
If possible, test with the default WordPress theme and Prop Nexia as the only active plugin. Helps isolate whether it’s a conflict.
