Product & positioning
What Prop Nexia is.
Prop Nexia is a WordPress real estate plugin for agencies, developers and brokerages. It comes in two parts. The free plugin (on WordPress.org) handles your agency website — properties, projects, developers, area guides, agents, lead capture, search. Prop Nexia Elite is the paid plugin with the pro modules — portal feeds, CRM webhooks, AI search, map search, importer, SEO and schema, buyer accounts, saved searches.
UAE real estate agencies, mainly. Plus developers showing off-plan projects. Plus WordPress studios building real estate client sites. Plus brokerages that want their listings, enquiries and SEO on their own domain — not rented from a portal.
A WordPress plugin. Works with any theme. Not a theme that locks you in. Not a SaaS that holds your data on someone else’s servers. It runs on your own WordPress install.
Yes. It works alongside any well-built WordPress theme — Astra, GeneratePress, Kadence, Hello Elementor, or a custom theme. You can also override its templates from your theme if you want full design control.
Free vs Elite
What’s free vs what’s paid.
Really free. No listing limit. No time limit. No watermark. No upgrade pop-ups. The free plugin is a complete agency website — properties, projects, developers, area guides, agents, lead capture, search, favourites, shortcodes, Elementor widgets.
Eight pro modules. Portal Feed Export for Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle. CRM Webhooks (signed). Map Search using OpenStreetMap. AI Search using your OpenAI key. SEO and Schema (JSON-LD). Importer (with templates for Houzez and Estatik). Buyer Accounts (email OTP login). Saved Searches and Alerts.
Yes. Elite extends the free plugin. They install side by side. Activate Elite, turn on the modules you want, your existing data stays where it was. No re-import. No migration.
Your site keeps running on the free plugin. The Elite features stop working, but no data is deleted. You can re-activate Elite later and pick up where you left off.
Portals, CRMs, AI
Property Finder, Bayut, CRMs, AI.
Your own OpenAI key. You paste it into your Elite admin. It’s encrypted on your site. AI queries go from your WordPress straight to OpenAI. We never see the key. We never proxy the traffic. OpenAI bills you directly for usage.
Any CRM that can receive a signed POST request. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, Bitrix24, Salesforce, or a custom endpoint your team builds. We have worked examples for Pipedrive, HubSpot and Zoho in the documentation.
Yes. Elite’s Importer has ready-made field maps for both. A dry-run preview shows you exactly what will be imported before anything is saved. You can roll back within the session if something doesn’t look right.
Feed regeneration runs on a schedule you choose — every 15 minutes, hourly, every 4 hours, or daily. You can also trigger a manual regenerate from the admin. Each portal fetches your feed URL on its own schedule (typically every few hours).
UAE specifics
DLD, RERA, Trakheesi, Arabic.
DLD permit number. Trakheesi or Madmoun number. RERA-style fields. Listing reference. Plus the usual property fields (sale or rent, type, bedrooms, bathrooms, area in sqft or sqm, price in AED). All built into the listing form. Your agency fills in what applies.
RTL support is on the roadmap. Right now the admin UI is in English. The front of your site inherits your theme’s RTL setting, which works with standard WordPress RTL conventions. Arabic translation files are being added in stages.
Yes. The UAE fields are built in but optional. Currency, units, language and search filters are all configurable. We have users in other GCC markets and beyond.
Pricing & billing
What it costs, how to pay.
Vista — $42/year for 1 site. Homes — $96/year for 3 sites (most popular). Estates — $249/year for 10 sites. All three tiers include all 8 Elite modules. See full pricing.
14-day money-back guarantee on any Elite tier. No questions asked.
Paddle is our merchant of record. They accept major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer in supported regions. Paddle also handles VAT and regional tax.
Two clear extras that aren’t from us. OpenAI bills you directly for AI Search usage (typically $5–30 a month). Google Maps bills you for Map Search if you choose Google. Both are optional — Map Search defaults to free OpenStreetMap, and AI Search is only on if you turn it on.
