Refund Policy

The short version

14 days from purchase, full refund on any Prop Nexia Elite licence, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@propnexia.com from the email address you used to buy
  2. Include your Paddle order reference (in your purchase confirmation email)
  3. Mention “refund request” in the subject

We acknowledge within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 business days (subject to Paddle and your card issuer’s processing times — refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days of processing).

What’s refundable

  • Elite Vista — yes, within 14 days of purchase
  • Elite Homes — yes, within 14 days of purchase
  • Elite Estates — yes, within 14 days of purchase
  • License renewals — yes, within 14 days of the renewal charge (we send a reminder 7 days before any auto-renewal)

What’s not refundable

  • The free Prop Nexia plugin (it’s free — there’s nothing to refund)
  • Purchases beyond the 14-day window — case-by-case, see below
  • Third-party charges (OpenAI usage, Google Maps usage, Paddle currency conversion fees) — refunds for those go through those providers

After the 14-day window

We consider refund requests after 14 days on a case-by-case basis. If the plugin fundamentally doesn’t deliver what we promised (e.g. a feature documented on the site genuinely doesn’t work and we can’t fix it within a reasonable time), we’ll refund a pro-rated amount. Email us with specifics.

Why we don’t ask questions

If you’re 14 days in and don’t want to use Elite, asking you to justify yourself is silly. A no-questions policy is faster for you and cheaper for us than running a refund-objection process. We’d rather know why you’re refunding so we can improve the product — but we won’t withhold the refund to extract that feedback.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a credit-card chargeback instead of requesting a refund through us, that’s also fine — but it takes longer and costs everyone more. Email us first; we won’t dispute legitimate refund requests.
